We are a peer-mentoring support group promoting
good mental health and well-being for adults.
Feeling lonely & need company? Join us – you are
very welcome.
Carers and Volunteers: welcome to curate peer-
mentoring and well-being sessions.
Join us in cooking together (various cultural
cuisines), eating together and talking together;
If you love cooking, we would help with the
ingredients, just tell us what you would like.
We are making our own peer-mentoring community
as we go along, and see what we can do together.
It is a place for talking, listening, being heard, silent
contemplation, feeling valued and realising our
values together. And it is free to join us
